All our clients are provided with 24 hour care by well-trained care staff and qualified Nurses. We consider our staff to be sensitive, dedicated, presenting a positive, emphatic and helpful attitude at all times.

Bentley Lodge Care and Nursing Home has committed long-standing staff, many of our staff have been with us for over 5 years and some 22 years! The home employs registered managers, nurses, health care assistants and care staff. We aim to maintain a resident / staff ratio that meets the care and support needs of our residents.

Bentley Lodge Care and Nursing Home takes great pride in training and development of all the staff. All staff are obliged to attend regular training updates provided by a professional training company and are encouraged to undertake Vocational Qualifications leading to Diploma in Health & Social Care.
