All private and personal information, problems and records maintained in the Home are strictly confidential and are revealed only to the family member holding the Power of Attorney – The Data Protection Act 1998.

It is therefore important to ensure that we have a copy of the Power of Attorney and all the relevant contact details in the Main Office for your relative.
